PURPOSE: A device for providing materials is provided to increase energy consumption efficiency by using the power of a chain part for driving a scraper part without using additional power source. CONSTITUTION: A device for providing materials(1) comprises a movable part(10), an arm part(20), a chain part, a scraper part(40), and an auxiliary scraper part. The movable part circulates a storage(100) which is divided into multiple cells(101) by barrier walls(102). The arm part is rotatably installed in the movable part. The chain part is movably installed along the arm part. The scraper part is arranged in the chain part and moves materials stored in the storage. The auxiliary scraper part is interlocked with the chain part and scrapes attached ores attached on the barrier walls.
