PURPOSE: A hydraulic speed limiting wheel is provided to limit the rotation of a wheel while overspeed of a vehicle is generated suddenly. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic speed limiting wheel comprises a ring gear(80), a sun gear(40), a planetary gear, a hermetic type position fixture(70), and a fixing cover(30). The ring gear forms the outer surface of a wheel. The sun gear is connected to the rotary shaft of a wheel. The planetary gear is installed between the ring gear and the sun gear. The hermetic type position fixture is mounted while the sun gear and the planetary gear engaged. The fixing cover prevents oil leakage.
