PURPOSE: A moving path providing system of a tag and method are provided to track the moving path of a person who has the tag by recording the moving path of the tag. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of AP(Access Point)(110) is installed until a destination. A tag(120) receives location information from a satellite(10). The tag stores the location information. When a tracking target is located within an area which is able to wirelessly communicate with the AP, the tag transmits the location information to the AP. A server(130) receives the location information from the AP. The server stores the location information. The server transmits the location information according to an external request.
