PURPOSE: A mineral solution without harmful heavy metals, and a producing method thereof are provided to use the solution as a bactericidal disinfectant, a feed additive, or a drinking water additive for antibiotic-free livestock. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a mineral solution without harmful heavy metals comprises the following steps: mixing 30-40wt% of biotite powder, 3-7wt% of elvan powder, 3-7wt% of illite powder, 10-20wt% of silica powder, and 30-50wt% of sodium carbonate anhydride; maintaining the temperature inside a blast furnace at 1,000-1,500 deg. C, and slowly inserting the mixture into the blast furnace while heating the blast furnace at 1,600-1,800 deg. C; maintaining the temperature of the blast furnace for more than 2 hours, and discharging the mixture to a special steel material container; and naturally cooling the mixture at room temperature for more than 4 hours.
