The device has an identity document (TI) e.g. national identity card, a reader (LTI) that reads an identifier (ID) contained within the identity document, and a restoring unit i.e. i.e. printer (IMP), that restores data. A payment unit (TP) i.e. bank bill, is certified with the identifier of the identity document. The identity document is allowed to perform communication based on a channel radio frequency.
