<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof construction building frame in which fixing screws penetrating through a heat insulation material from a plurality of through-holes arranged and formed on the top face of the heat insulation material laid on the top face of a building frame are fixed to the building frame and to which a waterproof sheet laid on the top face of the heat insulation material is fixed, and which can prevent the waterproof sheet from being ruptured due to a disc member lowering and a screw head upward projecting from the through-hole even if the heat insulation material shrinks downward by aged deterioration. <P>SOLUTION: When a disc member 100 is fixed to the top face of a structure, a fixing screw 200 is penetrated into a through-hole 110 formed in the vertical direction thereof. A screw head 210 is resiliently engaged with the through-hole 110. Therefore, even if the heat insulation material of the structure shrinks downward by aged deterioration, for example, the disc member 100 is lowered and thus the screw head 210 does not project upward from the through-hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
