<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in energy control of an environment provision device, such as an air conditioner, all of users are hardly satisfied with degree of their comfort to result in a decrease in gross productivity in a building. <P>SOLUTION: An energy management system includes: a means for analyzing degree of comfort of an information processing apparatus from an operational condition of the information processing apparatus; a means for analyzing degree of comfort of the environment provision device from environmental information; a means for analyzing user's activity from user's behavior information; and a means for analyzing the gross productivity in a building from the results of the means. The respective means analyze a relationship between energy used and the degree of comfort, and a gross-productivity analyzing means unifies the degree of comfort of respective instruments and optimizes an energy distribution so that the gross productivity is maximized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
