A base station device is provided with: a pre-coding processing unit for performing an identical pre-coding process to control channels and reference signals; a base station device control unit for setting a plurality of regions of a resource where reference signals are arranged and control channels are possibly arranged, said regions being set in such a manner that a common pre-coding process is used within each region while different pre-coding processes are used in different regions; and a transmission processing unit for transmitting the control channels and the reference signals by using resources of a region. A mobile station device is provided with: a mobile station device control unit for setting regions on the basis of information notified from the base station device; a propagation path estimating unit for averaging the estimated values of the propagation path variance estimated from a plurality of reference signals within a region; and a control channel detection unit for processing the detection of control channels containing control information directed to the mobile station device itself by using the averaged propagation path estimated value.
