<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lipid a preparation having improved biological activity. <P>SOLUTION: There is disclosed the lipid preparation which contains a long-chain apolyunsaturated fatty acid (LC-PUFA) acyl group such as phosphatidylserine (PS), particularly, an eicosatetraenoic penta enoyl (EPA) group and/or a docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) group, and here, the PUFA is commonly coupled to glycerophospholipid.
