<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wireless base station cooperation system which allows for cooperative scheduling between base stations even if there is a delay in transmission of a control signal between the base stations in an independent base station configuration. <P>SOLUTION: Each base station 100a, 100b includes a schedule unit which generates an allocation request for requesting allocation of wireless resources for a terminal 300 to a base station cooperation device 200 when transmitting data of permissible delay time during which buffering to a terminal 300 at a cell end is possible, and reserves wireless resources for the terminal 300 based on the allocation request from the base station cooperation device 200. The base station cooperation device 200 includes a cooperation scheduler unit which allocates wireless resources for the allocation request from the wireless base stations 100a, 100b by performing scheduling not causing interference in the terminal 300 at the cell end, and notifying the allocation results to the wireless base stations 100a, 100b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
