<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high necked inner with a mask which can instantaneously and simply be taken out of or stored in the neck while wearing it when using the mask, furthermore serves to prevent coldness since wind does not enter at the neck because the mask and the inner are connected, and is necessaries for women since the exposure degree of the skin is small leading to the prevention of ultraviolet light. <P>SOLUTION: An air-permeable material is used for a mask body A.
