The present invention relates to a system and method for providing information related to an advertisement included in a broadcast through a network to a client terminal, and more particularly, to a system for providing information related to an advertisement included in a broadcast through a network to a client terminal(referred to as 'advertisement related information provision system'), wherein a display unit, a broadcast receiving device, and network access device are comprised, the system being characterized by comprising: a related information management unit storing related information corresponding respectively to the advertisement included in the broadcast provided through a broadcasting channel; an advertisement information identification unit identifying whether the advertisement stored in the related information management unit is played during the broadcast provided through a broadcasting channel; and a related information transmitting unit transmitting the related information stored in the related information management unit regarding the advertisement identified in the advertisement information identification unit through the network to the client terminal, wherein the client terminal has a related information display unit performing controlling to display the received related information through a display unit.
