The invention refers to a sheet (100; 200; 300; 600) for waterproofing walls and garrets of buildings, comprising: a framework layer (1) made of fibrous material; a waterproof membrane (2). The framework layer and the membrane are connected together along their entire surface. The sheet also comprises an additive having antibacterial, anti-mould and anti-insect properties. The sheet is characterised in that at least one from the framework layer (1) and the membrane (2) comprises the additive.
