<p>A method of manufacturing a filter is provided. The height of color resist projections (431, 432, 433) are adjusted by grooves (411) in a gasket layer (410) provided between a transparent base (400) and a shading layer (420), so as to keep the top of the color resist projections (431, 432, 433) flat. Therefore, a good flatness of the filter and a correct phase matching of the liquid crystal are guaranteed, and the display effect of an LCD is enhanced. The flatness of the bottom of a through hole (421, 422, 423) is improved by the gasket layer (410) provided on the bottom of the through hole (421, 422, 423).</p> |
