Disclosed is an apparatus for implementing a value-associated indirect jump prediction, capable of effectively improving prediction accuracy. The apparatus comprises: an instruction fetch module outputting a fetched bootstrap instruction to a bootstrap instruction transmitting module; the bootstrap instruction transmitting module reading an associated data value corresponding to an indirect jump instruction from a register stack during the bootstrap instruction transmission phase, and outputting a classification shift command carrying the associated data value to a classification shifter; the classification shifter outputting the associated information of shifting the associated data value according to the classification shifter command to a value history mode register; the value history mode register shifting a previous value history mode, and combining the shifted value history mode with the associated information to form an updated value history mode; a destination address buffer zone storing the destination address corresponding to the indirect jump instruction according to the PC value of the indirect jump instruction and the associated data value as an index.
