<p>The invention relates to a beer-manufacturing process which includes the following steps: a) production of a beer intermediate which is low in CO, in particular free of CO, b) introduction of the beer intermediate into at least one unpressurized or scarcely pressurizable container, and c) addition of CO to the beer intermediate in a drink-dispensing system, thus resulting in the CO-containing final product in the form of beer ready for consumption.</p> |
