PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide defence means against a mechanism for acquiring a malware proactively from a computer.

SOLUTION: A proxy server 20 provided between a LAN 100 and an external network has access to a website which possibly distributes a malware in a predetermined timing. Consequently, the proxy server 20 has access to such a website prior to a client terminal 10 in the LAN 100. The proxy server 20 processes (delete, isolate) a malware received from the website. When the client terminal 10 in the LAN 100 has access to the website subsequently, the website disguises as if it is a client terminal 10 that has transmitted the malware already.
