<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which an extremely accurate ink feeding can be performed by an extremely simple system, and also, troubles such as the ink flowing out of a recording head and the deterioration of an output image quality can be prevented from occurring by accurately controlling a negative pressure in a subsidiary tank, and in addition, the negative pressure in the recording head can be maintained without taking the dispersion in the displacement amount of a negative pressure lever by the environmental variation of the subsidiary tank under consideration. <P>SOLUTION: By this liquid refilling/feeding amount controlling method, a recording liquid refilling/feeding amount is controlled conforming to the displacement amount of the negative pressure lever, for which a displacement amount to a suction amount of a specified recording liquid of the negative pressure lever is multiplied by a correction factor in response to an environmental characteristic value around a vicinity of the subsidiary tank when the refilling/feeding of the recording liquid for the subsidiary tank is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
