<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component which is not affected by magnetic flux leakage and reduces its thickness and to provide a cooling device of an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling device includes: a base member; a plate like piezoelectric actuator; at least one magnification mechanism, and a blade. The plate like piezoelectric actuator is fixed to the base member at one end part. The at least one magnification function connects with the other end of the piezoelectric actuator and is swung by swinging the piezoelectric actuator. The blade connects with the magnification mechanism and is swung by swinging the magnification mechanism. In the cooling device, an alternating current power is applied to the piezoelectric actuator and thereby allowing the blade to perform stirring operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
