<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recovering cooking oil by which disposal work of recovered oil is rapidly performed, and working environment or the like is preferably held. <P>SOLUTION: In the apparatus for recovering cooking oil, an oil draining basket 11 rotatably driven is provided in a tank 2, a discharge hole 7 for recovered oil is provided in the bottom 6 of the tank 2, and an oil receiving cup is removably disposed under the discharge hole 7. In the apparatus, an oil collecting cup 20 is provided between the discharge hole 7 and the oil receiving cup in a manner to be reversely turned, when the oil receiving cup is mounted, the oil collecting cup 20 is disposed to be retracted from the discharge hole 7, and a spout 20a of the oil collecting cup is disposed corresponding to the oil receiving cup, and when the oil receiving cup is removed, the oil collecting cup is disposed corresponding to the discharge hole 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
