PURPOSE: A clothes searching service method based on 3D body scan data and a sever performing the method are provided to enable a buyer to purchase clothes for a body and reduce an exchange or a refund of the clothes when the buyer purchases the clothes online. CONSTITUTION: When clothes purchase information is received from a buyer terminal(20), a server(30) searches body size information of a buyer from a body size database(30-2) based on buyer identification information of the buyer. The server searches the clothes matched with the body size information from a clothes database(31-1) based on the clothes purchase information and the body size information. The server transmits a list of the searched clothes to the buyer terminal.
