PURPOSE: A slimming cosmetic composition including para xanthine as a main component is provided to display slimming effects of the skin through cellulite removal action and dieresis acceleration action. CONSTITUTION: A slimming cosmetic composition refined caffeine, plant microbe fermentation containing caffeine or xanthine contained xantine based caffeine metabolic products which include caffeine and para xanthine. The microorganism used for the fermentation includes all microorganisms used for fermenting process including the caffeine metabolism microorganism. The enzymes used for the enzyme processed are the natural enzymes which can metabolite caffeine. The microbe fermentation or enzyme processed extract is manufactured into tonic, nutritive lotion, essence, eye cream, pack, gel, spray or powder. The microbe fermentation or the enzyme processed extract is used as a diet cloth and a diet patch.
