<p>PURPOSE: A cold rolled steel plate with superior corrosion resistance and workability and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a cold rolled plate for seam processing with an elongation ratio of 45% or greater and an r value of 1.4 or greater. CONSTITUTION: A cold rolled steel plate with superior corrosion resistance and workability is made from steel slab which comprises C of 0.0010-0.0020 weight%, Si of 0.001-0.01weight%, Mn of 0.05-0.2 weight%, P of 0.005-0.015 weight%, S of 0.001-0.010 weight%, Al of 0.02-0.05 weight%, Ti of 0.02-0.07 weight%, Cu of 0.01-0.03weight%, Cr of 0.01-0.03 weight%, N of 0.001-0.004weight%, Nb of 0.001-0.02 weight%, Ni of 0.001-0.02 weight%, V of 0.001-0.02 weight%, and Fe and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount. The microstructure of the steel slab includes 30-80 area% of ferrite with an average particle diameter of 10-20Mm.</p> |
