PURPOSE: An agitating device of neutralizer is provided to minimize resistance of solvent when dissolving solid particle type chemicals into water to complete agitation in short time. CONSTITUTION: An agitating device of neutralizer comprises: a mixing tank storing water(10) and neutralizer(20); a pump circulating inside water and arranged outside the mixing tank; an outlet pipe(120) transfers the water inside the mixing tank to the pump; and an inlet pipe(140) transfers the water discharged from the outlet pump to the mixing tank.
