PURPOSE: A device for warning a height restriction of a vehicle loading part is provided to minimize damage to a structure because the device can be rotated when a vehicle loading part is collided to the device by entering with no consideration of the height of the vehicle loading part. CONSTITUTION: A device for warning a height restriction of a vehicle loading part is comprises posts(100), a horizontal frame(200), a height restriction bar(300), a height sensor(400), a balance sensing unit(500), and a controlling unit(600). The post is installed in both sides of a road. The horizontal frame comprises a sign unit(240) indicating information on a surface so that a driver can check the information. The height restriction bar is installed in a lower rotating bar(220) of the horizontal frame to be rotated in front and rear directions and to be moved to left and right sides. The height sensor is comprised in the height restriction bar, thereby sensing the height of a vehicle loading unit. The balance sensor is comprised in the height restriction bar, thereby sensing a balanced state of the height restriction bar.
