PURPOSE: A medicine managing method using an augmented reality marker and an RFID tag and a system thereof are provided to recognize the augmented reality marker attached in a pharmacy display case by using a medicine or a terminal and download medicine management contents, thereby displaying the medicine management contents on a screen. CONSTITUTION: An augmented reality(AR) marker(130) which is connected to a medicine is attached. The AR marker includes marker pattern information. An AR contents server(150) generates medicine management contents connected to the marker pattern information. A terminal(140) obtains the marker pattern information from the AR marker. The terminal transmits the obtained marker pattern information to the AR contents server. The terminal receives the generated medicine management contents from the AR contents server.
