摘要 FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: fluorocarbon-containing wastes of electrolytic manufacture of aluminium with particle size of not more than 1 mm, calcium-containing component and water is mixed and agglomerated till material with particle size of 10-100 mm is obtained, and dried. Material containing active calcium oxide or forming it during cast-iron or steel making is used as calcium-containing component. Weight ratio of Ca:F in the mixture is maintained equal to 0.8-1.3. At that, fine fluorocarbon-containing wastes are used in the form of dust of electrostatic precipitators, or gas cleaning slurry, or flotation tailings of coal froth, or crushed waste carbon lining, or in the form of mixture of wastes with fluorine content of not less than 9 wt %. As calcium-containing component there supplied for mixing are solid wastes obtained as a result of manufacture of acetylene from calcium carbide, or material containing calcium carbonate or calcium hydroxide with particle size of not more than 1 mm. ^ EFFECT: obtaining of agglomerated synthetic flux of optimum component ratio with necessary and sufficient particle size and strength; improvement of reactive capability of the obtained flux and efficiency of its use. ^ 7 cl, 4 tbl, 5 ex
