PURPOSE: A device and a method for storing a water resource using a cave are provided to use a water resource richly in normal time because cave-water is store by being frozen and used by thawing when necessary. CONSTITUTION: A device for storing a water resource using a cave comprises a first icing pipe(110), a second icing pipe(120), and a cold air supplying unit(130). The first icing pipe is installed in an inlet of a valley inside of a cave. The second icing pipe is installed in the valley. The cold air supplying unit supplies cold air to the first and second icing pipes. Cold air injecting ports(122) of the first and second icing pipes are exposed to the ground. The cold air discharging ports(124) of the first and second icing pipes are extended to the bottom of the valley. A spraying hole(126) is formed in the outer circumference of the second icing pipe. |
