<p>Provided is a novel surface-protecting film that exhibits excellent reworkability and, even without the use of a plasticizer, exhibits sufficiently high wettability. This surface-protecting film has a base layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the surface of said pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that contacts an adherend exhibits an initial wetting rate of at least 5.0 cm2/s with respect to an acrylic sheet.</p> |
