A device relates to equipment of transport systems, in which distribution of a flow of articles is used, and can be used in food, chemical, medical, pharmaceutical and other branches of industry. The device for distribution of a flow of articles of cylindrical shape consists of inlet one-row and outlet multi-row plate conveyors with guides for articles, a fixed gangway and a mechanism of orientation of articles. According to the invention, the mechanism of orientation of articles is made in the form of a moving disc mounted above the outlet conveyor with possibility of free rotation about the vertical axis, which is equipped with the same semi-cylindrical cavities and a sector for limitation of the movement of articles mounted coaxially with the disk with possibility of rotation for a certain angle at interaction with mobile stops on the disk and return to the starting position, at interaction with a fixed stop by means of a spring. The technical result is the following: guaranteed, accurate and forced displacement of articles along fixed trajectories; exclusion of shocks and rebounds of articles form a distribution mechanism; reduction of dynamic loads and noise during operation of the device; possibility of operation of the device without support of articles from the side of a feed conveyor; guaranteed distribution of one flow into three, four, or more flows; increase of reliability. |
