Constitution: A mechanism mainly equipped with gears (A3, A6, A10), springs (B4, &Ggr;3), a lever (B1), a disc (Z) placed on the base (E2) attached to the axle (E4), and a manually-driven hand lever (A9) which, being integral to the foregoing mechanism, sets into rotary motionthe aforementioned disc (Z). Embodiment: Use of said mechanical device as an indispensable tool in the conduction of diversion games and games of chance as well. |
