PURPOSE: A construction method of a CFT(concrete-filled steel tube) column is provided to construct a high-quality CFT column by enabling the easy management of concrete placed inside the column. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a CFT column is as follows. A borehole is formed by boring the ground from a soil layer to a bedrock layer using boring equipment. A casing(110) is installed in the soil layer. Slime is removed from the bottom of the borehole. Column foundation concrete(200) is placed in the borehole. A hollow steel tube(120) with a buoyancy prevention unit(130) is inserted into the borehole, and the front end thereof is buried in the column foundation concrete. The column foundation concrete is cured. The buoyancy prevention unit is removed from the hollow steel tube, and concrete is placed in the hollow steel tube. The gap between the borehole and the outer surface of the CFT column is filled with soil, and the casing is removed from the soil layer.
