<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light reflection preventing sheet capable of exhibiting stable anti-reflection performance over a long period by preventing deterioration of adhesion of an anti-reflection film to a base sheet and to provide a touch panel and a display using the light reflection preventing sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A light reflection preventing sheet is composed of a base sheet 1 comprising an ionization radiation curable acrylic resin, an intermediate layer 8 provided on the base sheet 1, and a transparent inorganic oxide layer 4 provided on the intermediate layer 8. The intermediate layer 8 is formed by laminating an acrylic resin-silica hybrid layer 2 and an ionization radiation curable organic/inorganic composite resin layer 3 sequentially from the base sheet 1 side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
