<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sufficiently cleansing a spinning nozzle plate without damage to the plate. <P>SOLUTION: A method for cleansing a spinning nozzle plate, includes: disposing abrasive particles on one surface of the spinning nozzle plate having nozzle holes; and thereafter passing the abrasive particles through the nozzle holes. According to the method, the spinning nozzle plate can be sufficiently cleansed. In addition, the method can cleanse the spinning nozzle plate gently without damage to the plate, and especially the method can sufficiently cleanse the spinning nozzle plate having nozzle holes having even a diameter of 500 μm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
