<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type compressor in which thermal damage of an O-ring is prevented, and which has a filter arrangement structure with excellent installation work efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the scroll type compressor, an suction pipe 50 for sucking refrigerant gas from external piping P is penetrated through a steel-made compressor casing 10 for housing a fixed scroll 22 and an oscillating scroll 24 and jointed/fixed to the casing, and a lower end of the suction pipe is fitted in a suction port 22K formed in the fixed scroll via an O-ring 60. The suction port side of the suction pipe is a steel-made pipe body, and a copper-made pipe body is joined to an upper end side of the steel-made pipe body. The copper-made pipe body of the suction pipe is joined to the casing of the compressor by silver brazing, and a filter F is attached in the suction pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
