摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightning accident calculation device of a distribution line system which provides a user with an index for quantitatively evaluating a lightning accident of the entire distribution line system. <P>SOLUTION: The lightning accident calculation device includes a model setting part 101 for setting a distribution line system model, spark over determination parts 104a and 105a for determining whether a spark over has occurred because a voltage level between a high voltage clamp insulators has exceeded a predetermined value according to the lighting generated in a unit mesh of the distribution line system model or it has occurred because a voltage level between the lines inside a distribution apparatus or between the ground and the line inside the distribution apparatus has exceeded a predetermined value, and lightening accident determination parts 104b and 105b which, upon determination that the spark over has occurred, determines the occurrence time period from the time of lightening until the occurrence of spark over, and determines whether the lightening accident has occurred on a distribution line or it has occurred on a distribution apparatus by comparison whether it is shorter than a predetermined time period or not, for outputting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
