<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator which can secure a minimum stroke and a maximum stroke by operating systems in which failures do occur even if the failure occurs in one system, and can prevent and suppress the deterioration of reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The electric actuator employs a constitution that: the actuator comprises the first system A having a first movable part A2 which can advance and retreat in the axial direction of a rod R, and the second system B having a second motor B1 and a second movable part B2 which can advance and retreat in the axial direction of the rod R; the movable parts A2, B2 are arranged in the axial direction of the common rod R so as to advance and retreat; a state that the actuator is in a reference position (S) in which the movable parts A2, B2 most approximate each other is set as the minimum stroke St(d), and the movable part of the other system can move in either forward and reverse directions with the reference position (S) as a boundary by a difference α between the maximum stroke length St(d+α) and the minimum stroke length St(d) upon the occurrence of malfunction in which any one of the systems does not operate normally. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
