The device (1) has an actuating rod (6) operatively connected with a fixing device and guided into a hand lever (2) such that the actuating rod is displaceably mounted in a guide (5) of the hand lever in longitudinal direction. A detent retainer (11) is provided at a rear end of the actuating rod. A segment of a lock pawl is mounted on the detent retainer in three spatial directions in a play-free manner. A spring element is provided as a component of the detent retainer for pressing the lock pawl against a locking segment of the fixing device.
