<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte sheet for a solid oxide fuel cell, capable of suppressing a gas leak and maintaining high power generation performance. <P>SOLUTION: An electrolyte sheet 1 for a solid oxide fuel cell includes a first surface 11 where an air electrode is arranged and a second surface 12 where a fuel electrode is arranged. The first surface 11 includes an air electrode arrangement part 13 where an air electrode is arranged and a seal material arrangement part 14 where a seal material is arranged. The second surface 12 includes a fuel electrode arrangement part 15 where a fuel electrode is arranged and a seal material arrangement part 16 where a seal material is arranged. The air electrode arrangement part 13 and the fuel electrode arrangement part 15 include an area A overlapping with each other when viewed from a thickness direction of the electrolyte sheet 1. The seal material arrangement parts 14 of the first surface 11 and the seal material arrangement part 16 of the second surface 12 include an area B overlapping with each other when viewed from the thickness direction of the electrolyte sheet 1.
