<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium dispenser quickly handing over to another player a recording medium in which divided held balls are recorded. <P>SOLUTION: CR unit 6 includes an issued recording medium reading/writing section 71 for reading/writing a value of an IC token 8 inserted from a token insertion slot 34, and dispenses game media based on a residual value of the IC token 8.
