PURPOSE: An offensive odor treating device for a urinal is provided to collect and remove offensive odor generated in a urinal, thereby maintaining air in the inside of a toilet clean. CONSTITUTION: An offensive odor treating device for a urinal comprises a body(10), an suction fan(20), a filter(30), and a controller(40). The body is installed in a urinal and an accommodation unit(11) is arranged in the inside of the body. The body comprises an inlet(12) and outlet(13). The suction fan is installed in an inlet side. The filter is installed in an outlet side. The controller is installed in the inside of the body, thereby controlling the operation of the suction fan. The controller comprises a proximity sensor(41).
