PURPOSE: A copy server device of a dispersion storing system and copy generating method thereof are provided to select data nodes generating a chunk copy by reflecting data node groups, a stored evaluation history of data nodes and a real time service providing situation, thereby increasing performance of the dispersion storing system. CONSTITUTION: A copy generation request receiving unit(310) receives a copy generating request including the number of chunk copies. A monitoring unit(330) monitors a real time service providing situation of data node groups and data nodes. An evaluation history adjusting unit(340) extracts an evaluation history from a database(320). The evaluation history adjusting unit adjusts the extracted evaluation history based on the monitored real time service providing situation.
