PURPOSE: A working tool for connector assembly is provided to supply an exclusive tool capable of inserting a shielding wire into a connector. CONSTITUTION: A tool for assembly of shielding wire of a connector(10) includes a paddle and a stick. An operator inserts a shielding wire into a grove(12A) by using an operating tool. The groove is formed in a shield shell(12) of the connector. The paddle is inserted in the groove of the connector. The operator holds a stick. The stick supports the paddle.
