PURPOSE: A phase difference film for glasses, an optical sheet for 3D glasses, and the 3D glasses thereof are provided to easily maintain birefringence even in a case that a lens is formed into a curved shape. CONSTITUTION: A primary polymer of 1/4 wave plate(11) is a cycloolefin copolymer or a cycloolefin polymer. If heat or stress is applied to the 1/4 wave plate for thermal molding, a change of a phase difference caused by the heat or the stress is small. Therefore, the birefringence of the 1/4 wave plate is not easily changed. The 1/4 wave plate is formed by uniaxial elongation. Therefore, desired birefringence is easily obtained.
