CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional bitter gourd drink for reducing blood glucose comprises the following steps: cutting and washing bitter gourd with seeds; mixing the bitter gourd with black sugar in a ratio of 1:1; fermenting the mixture for 5-6 months, or double boiling the mixture after mixing with distilled water at 60-80 deg. C for 10-12 hours; and mixing the fermented bitter gourd extract or the bitter gourd double-boiled extract with a Helianthus tuberosus extract, a black ginseng extract, a mulberry leaf extract, and a balloon-flower root extract.
