<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture welded shape steel having no deterioration or the like of a welding part appearance caused by plating when manufacturing the welded shape steel by high frequency resistant welding by regarding a plated steel band as a raw material. <P>SOLUTION: When the plated steel band is regarded as the raw material and a web steel band manufactures the welded shape steel welded by high frequency resistance with a T-shaped joint on the surface of a flange steel band, the web steel band is contacted on the surface of the flange steel band in the form of T-shape, and thereafter high frequency welding is performed after the whole plating layer including a part of a region joined with a web of the flange steel band or a part of a plated layer of the range of an entire part or a steel material of a substrate is cut and removed by using a turning rod before welding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
