<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erroneous lock prevention device capable of reducing a manufacturing cost, preventing decline of strength and accuracy of components, constituting the erroneous lock prevention device even when there is no space to attach a trigger receiver on a window frame, and being attached to an existing window lock device in a post installation manner without detaching existing components. <P>SOLUTION: The erroneous lock prevention device comprises: an attaching member 8 attached to a window frame 22; a trigger 9 supported so as to be swung in indoor and outdoor directions by the attaching member 8; and elastic energizing means 11 for energizing the trigger 9 in the outdoor direction. In an open state of a sash, since the trigger 9 is abutted to a connection part 7B of a hook-like hooking piece 7 and the movement of a link member 3 is blocked, a lock operation member 2 becomes inoperable. By closing the sash, a hook pin 19 swings the trigger 9 against the energizing force of the elastic energizing means 11, the abutment of the trigger 9 to the connection part 7B is released, and thus the lock operation member 2 becomes operable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
