<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy transfer body which achieves more efficient energy transfer such that unnecessary energy is utilized as new energy. <P>SOLUTION: The energy transfer body includes an energy conversion device 12a which generates electric charges as an energy amount changes, and an energy conversion device 12b which emits energy by a load of the electric charges. The energy conversion devices 12a and 12b have energy conversion layers 14a and 14b and electrode layers 15a and 15b, respectively.
