<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure which suppresses hysteresis of an output pressure and improves responsiveness, in a flow rate control type electromagnetic proportional solenoid valve. <P>SOLUTION: In a pressure control valve 40, two feedback chambers of a first feedback chamber 57 and a second feedback chamber 58, are formed, and a discharge port 55 is formed as well. A spool 60 incorporates a feedback force-switching mechanism 70 capable of switching the feedback force of the pressure control valve 40 between two steps, strong and weak. Consequently, the hysteresis is suppressed only to such amount as caused by a second feedback force of the second feedback chamber 58, thereby suppressing the hysteresis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
