<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance work at occurrence of a failure. <P>SOLUTION: An input output device includes a HART communication unit 111 that receives a HART communication signal generated by superposing an AC signal obtained by converting a digital signal into frequency signals of 1200 Hz and 2200 Hz on a DC signal of 4 to 20 mA, from a HART communication supporting device 10 via a wiring 20, and separates the received HART communication signal into the DC signal of 4 to 20 mA and the AC signal; and a diagnosis unit 112 that diagnoses statuses from the HART-IO unit 11 itself to the HART communication supporting device 10 based on the DC signal of 4 to 20 mA and the AC signal separated by the HART communication unit 111. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
